Didn’t make it to the gym yesterday, but this did it for me!!
I have been a member of the gym for about a year and a half and I hardly go. You can work out right at home, if you feel more comfortable. YouTube has some great free workouts. That’s how I started!
They have easy…
-body weight squats
-body weight lunges
-yoga (to some extent without equipment)
-Pilates (again some needs equipment)
-dance party in you underwear
-step-ups (all you need is a stair)
Just a reminder that all these people we see on our dash with amazing bodies have worked really hard, for a long time. Years of work have gone into their bodies. You may be just starting, days, weeks, months have gone by and you’re not there yet. You’ll get there. It takes time.
